A: Every Chuanli cold room electric defrost tube undergoes full inspection before delivery, and we can provide batch-wise formal inspection reports. Our QC team carries out multi-stage quality control: incoming raw material inspection for stainless steel tube, heating wire and magnesium oxide powder; semi-finished component inspection during production; finished product electrical safety test including insulation resistance test, high voltage withstand test, continuity test, appearance inspection and dimension check. Each batch of defrost tubes has traceable batch records. Electrical safety test is the core inspection item for heating elements to eliminate leakage risk. Products failing any test item will be rejected and reworked before packing. After all inspection items pass, QC will issue batch inspection reports and archive all test data. Before container loading, QC will double-check product model, quantity, packaging and shipping marks. You can appoint third-party inspection organizations to conduct pre-shipment on-site inspection before loading. We fully cooperate with third-party inspectors, provide test records and open our workshop and testing lab for inspection. All inspection records will be stored in our factory for long-term traceability.
