Our QC team implements multi-stage inspection: incoming raw material inspection, semi-finished component inspection, finished product bench running test, pressure tightness test, electrical safety test, noise test and appearance inspection. Each compressor has unique serial number to trace production batch and test record. During bench test, the compressor runs for certain period under simulated working condition to check cooling performance, current, temperature rise and sealing status. Unqualified products will be picked out and reworked before entering packing procedure. After all inspection items pass, QC will issue batch inspection report, record test data. Before container loading, QC will recheck product model, quantity, packing and shipping mark. You can arrange third-party inspection organization to carry out on-site inspection before loading. We fully cooperate with third-party inspectors, provide test records and open workshop for inspection. All inspection records will be archived in our factory for long time.
